Mitsubishi Electric CNC simulators are designed to prepare the next generation of students and workers with the tools they need to succeed in the industrial automation industry. From desktop units to fully functional CNC mills and lathes, Mitsubishi Electric's broad offering of classroom simulators allow students the ability to develop practical skills in a safe manner. Students utilizing Mitsubishi Electric simulators will be trained on controls and programming methods common throughout the industrial automation industry, ensuring they are prepared to become valuable TEAM members and leaders in their respective fields.

EDU M80 SIM

Mitsubishi Electric's EDU M80 simulator is a desktop version of the M80 control common throughout the CNC machine industry. This simulator allows students the ability to navigate, program, and simulate milling and turning operations before they are applied to a real machine. The EDU M80 simulator is ideal for new CNC programmers and operators wanting exposure to real-world controls without the risk of physical damage to a machine.

EDU MILL W-3D

Equipped with Mitsubishi Electric's E80 CNC, this entry-level machine is effectively two machines in one; a 3-axis CNC mill combined with a 3D printer. The EDU-MILL W-3D has everything you need to teach a student the fundamentals of CNC milling while exploring additive manufacturing through 3D-print processing. The machine allows the operator to switch between creating metal parts with subtractive machining to creating plastic parts with additive manufacturing (AM).
