Employee Volunteer Matching Programs

MEAF supports Mitsubishi Electric volunteer efforts in their communities by matching individual and group donations of time and treasure.

Matching Grants

Mitsubishi Electric US Volunteer Committees can apply for Matching Grants to match donations they make in their communities. Committees are made up of employee volunteers who drive the process for selecting local charities they wish to support. The Foundation matches donations of cash, products and volunteer time made to nonprofit organizations.

Starfish Matches

In keeping with the Starfish Parable: "…it makes a difference to this one," MEAF matches the charitable cash donations made by Mitsubishi Electric US group company employee volunteers to organizations that help promote the full inclusion of youth with disabilities. Employee volunteers can request from $25 to $2,000 per year. Employees should contact their local committee or MEAF for more details on the Starfish Matching Program.
