DCIM / BMS
Mitsubishi Electric's SCADA is the most innovative software that delivers a high-level comprehensive supervisory system, including data collection, for BMS.
Its 3D graphics increase the amount of information that can be displayed on a single screen by efficiently consolidating information, thereby improving supervisory capabilities. Supporting real-time and historical alarms, it allows users to not only supervise and be notified of the status of processes, but also to easily identify them at a glance by displaying multiple trend graphs and heat-mapping data sets.
These functions also contribute to improved user experience, energy savings, cost savings, and preventive maintenance.
Reliability
Since it is possible to build a redundant system for control and standby DCIM servers (SCADA GENESIS64 server), operation can be continued even if an error occurs.
Data visualization
(management functions)
Users can extract necessary information from a large amount of data and visualize it freely in a variety of templates.
These functions also contribute to improved user experience, energy savings, cost savings, and preventive maintenance.
Connectivity
DCIM (SCADA GENESIS64™) is compatible with OPC™ clients, BACnet®, MODBUS®, etc., and can be connected to various devices including controllers of other companies. In addition, it supports protocols such as OPC UA, EtherNet / IP™, BACnet®, and MODBUS®, and can build a monitoring system connected to various subsystems and equipment.
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)
Mitsubishi Electric has a wide lineup of PLCs used for controlling building air conditioners and general industrial machinery. PLC follows programmed commands for stable execution of information and communication, and carry out the controls.
We help our customers by offering solutions through MELSEC iQ-R series for large-scale and high-performance control such as monitoring system management, and MELSEC iQ-F series for small-scale control such as AHU (Air Handing Unit) and FCU (Fan Coil Unit). As the system construction is based on high quality but general-purpose products, maintenance and updating after installation can be easily performed.
Compatible with a variety of networks
Our PLCs support a variety of industrial networks, including BACnet® and MODBUS®, which are typically required in building systems.
They enable integrated management of various air conditioning system devices and facilities and enable optimal system operation.
Easy system management
We offer a lineup of spring clamp terminal block units, which enable easy wiring and reduced man-hours for maintenance. As the wire is pressed directly against the conductive part by pressure from springs, it can be wired easily and can prevent loosening during wiring, thus avoiding improper contact. This can reduce wiring mistakes even for workers with little field experience, and reduce the burden of system management.
Product Introduction
MELSEC iQ-R Series
We offer a lineup of process CPUs that can simultaneously execute advanced PID control and high-speed sequence control. By combining it with a redundant function module, a redundant system can be achieved, reducing the number of single points for monitoring (DCIM), controller, network, expansion cables, and I/O, and building a more reliable system than the conventional one. They can be applied to special systems for which reliability is of essence, such as dedicated systems.
MELSEC iQ-F Series
As an all-in-one type PLC, it has built-in analog, communication, high-speed input and output functions. In addition, the system can be easily expanded with expansion boards and expansion adapters. It supports BACnet, an open network in the field of building air conditioning, and enables reduced costs for air conditioning systems for buildings and factories.
