CNC Operation Programming

Our classes are designed to develop students’ understanding of the day-to-day operation and programming of the control. They include topics such as CNC operational features and setup screens, programming and editing methods, and more.

 

Introduction to CNC Systems (MEPRG0-0102)
This course will teach the fundamentals and concepts of CNC Systems in a format designed for beginners.

Introduction to Machining (MEPRG0-0100)
This course will teach the fundamentals of Machining and provide basic knowledge of how CNC parts are made.

Multi-System Lathe Programming (MEPRGL-0102)
This course will deliver advanced instruction of how to program CNC machines which have multiple part systems.

Introduction to G-code Programming (MEPRG0-0101)
This course introduces the G-code programming language to the machine operator or programmer.

CNC Mill Programming (MEPRGM-0101)
This course teaches the G-code programming language to the machine operator or programmer.

CNC Lathe Programming (MEPRGL-0101)
This course teaches the G-code programming language to the machine operator or programmer.

CNC Macro Programming (MEPRGM-0130)
The macro programming class provides an understanding in macro or parametric programming, along with system, local, and common variables and their usage.

M70/M700 Operations (MEPRG7-0101)
This course assists potential operators in the day-to-day operations of the control.
