Service Agreement Coverage:
Below is a brief description of what our three different service agreements include.
Under a Parts Only service agreement your machine will be covered for the following parts: Control unit, display unit, operation panel, servo amplifiers, spindle amplifiers, CV units, Mitsubishi cables and connectors, reactors, I/O boards, and power supplies. This package does not cover any additional labor or travel expenses for a service technician.
Standard Parts & Labor:
Standard Parts & Labor agreement will give you coverage on all of the previous parts listed above. In addition your machine will receive up to 4 visits per year, per covered machine, from a Mitsubishi Electric service engineer including travel and per diem.
Premium Parts & Labor:
Premium Parts & Labor agreement includes all of the coverage options above. In addition you will receive coverage on the following parts: servo & spindle motors (excludes built-in), encoders, PLGs, and PLG gear. Your machine will have access to unlimited visits from a Mitsubishi Electric service engineer for the duration of the agreement.
