Our factory-trained staff can quickly and professionally diagnose your problems, provide repair options and get your equipment back to you in a timely manner. Our Vernon Hills, Illinois facility features a state-of-the-art repair center for all non-obsolete equipment made since 1974. No matter what your repair need, we will return your Mitsubishi Electric equipment to you with a full one-year parts and labor warranty.

Receiving: Once a product is received and entered into our computer system, you can monitor the process of the repair on our Repair Status page

Ultrasonic Cleaning: Prevent equipment malfunction caused by a dirty machine with our ultrasonic cleaning service.

Repair: All repairs include thorough static testing and diagnosis, replacement of failed parts and live testing. You will find many of the products we repair listed below:

  • PCB series – LA, LB, LC, LX, LY, SX, GX, FX, MC, QX, RS, QY, HR, HN, WN
  • Servo drives series – TRA, TRS, MR-S, MR-SC, MDS, MR-J2S, MR-J3, MR-J4

Shipping: Following repair, your product is properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipment. You can monitor your package location on our Repair Status page.
