Taking the Headache out of Returns & Repairs with the New Return Center
Vernon Hills, Illinois - September 26, 2019
Mitsubishi Electric Automation released a new online Return Center, making returns and repairs a more streamlined process. The new Return Center is truly customer-focused and eliminates the need to search for the correct return process and form. When users wish to return or repair a product, they complete one online return form, which automatically routes to the correct contact – there is no wasted time in trying to figure out the right form to complete, or the right person to contact. This significantly cuts down the amount of back and forth communication on these requests, making returns and repairs fast and easy for everyone involved.
In addition to a section for return requests and warranties, the Repair Center features a helpful resources section. Users can check their return status, learn how to package their return, and check warranty exchange policies.
“We've seen customers already making great use of the new Return Center and the easy to find online forms,” said Lynda Collins, Sr. Customer Care Manager at Mitsubishi Electric Automation. “We’re happy with how the Return Center turned out and are eager to hear their feedback moving forward.”
Note: You must be registered and logged in to be able to use the Return Center.
