We are happy to announce the resumption of will-call service as “curbside service” to adhere to social distancing for safety. Beginning Monday, June 15th, customers are once again welcome to come to our facility for will-call pick-up of orders which our staff will deliver to their vehicle.

The Vernon Hills, IL facility has resumed operations as of Monday, May 4th. Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. (MEAU) is continuing to take proactive measures to limit exposure in our workplaces and communities by adhering to established guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We are following direction from various government authorities, restricting international and domestic travel, as well as halting on-site visits to our facilities. To maintain business continuity, we are leveraging technology within our workforce to ensure maximum safety and well-being of our employees.
We are committed to serving our customers. At this time, we expect to continue providing products and services in a timely manner. Our global supply chain has had minimal impact because of COVID-19, and we have put in place contingency plans to ensure normal business operations.
MEAU will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation and will keep you well informed of any changes.

Our facility in Vernon Hills, Illinois is closed today, Friday, May 1st for cleaning. No shipments of product will be made today from the Vernon Hills facility. Depending on the product ordered or due to be shipped today we may be able to make the shipment from our backup Grapevine, Texas facility, provided the correct inventory is located there. We expect to resume operations on Monday, May 4th. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

This is a very troubling time for everyone across the globe. We feel deeply for the individuals and families affected by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). By working together for the greater good, I am confident we will get through this.
