Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. Launches Integrated Machine Analytics (IMA) C70 Adapter for Real-Time Machine Monitoring

The IMA C70 Adapter is a plug-and-play solution that enables real-time remote monitoring and diagnostics of CNC machine data, enhancing operational efficiency across complex manufacturing environments.

Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. (Mitsubishi Electric Automation) has announced the release of its Integrated Machine Analytics (IMA) C70 Adapter, a cutting-edge solution designed to empower manufacturers with real-time visibility into critical machine data. Fully compliant with MTConnect standards, the IMA C70 Adapter enables seamless integration with supported MTConnect client applications, allowing users to monitor, collect, and visualize equipment status remotely.

IMA C70 Adapter is designed for use with Mitsubishi Electric’s C70 control platform, a rack-based system built for large-scale, high-speed, and complex manufacturing environments. This solution is ideal for industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, electronics, and metalworking.

Once installed, the IMA C70 Adapter communicates real-time system data to the MTConnect agent, translating it into MTConnect format. This data is then sent to the client application for graphical and numerical display, enabling informed decision-making and improved productivity. The system requires a Windows 8 or newer PC, a direct Ethernet connection, and a Mitsubishi Electric C70 Series NC.
